LAS VEGAS, NEVEDA – Jam On it is a household name when it comes to grassroots basketball in the west coast and is quickly gaining momentum nationally. Jam On it has top notch facilities along with a professionally ran events, which includes shot clocks on every court and quality officials, with affordable prices for teams and fans. Family and friends can also catch their favorite players and teams via livestream courtesy of BallerTV. Jam On it is clearly taking steps to help grow the game. We had the pleasure of checking out the action at this year’s 2019 Las Vegas Spring Showcase with teams representing 9 states with over 50 college coaches in attendance. Several players caught and kept our eye here is several standouts:

Taimane Faleafine-Auwae 2023 6-2 Forward Lights Out Basketball (Hawaii)– Long athletic posts runs floor, rebounds well both ends, solid defender, great frame, nice low post moves. Made a living at the free throw line. Continue to watch. DI prospect.

Tupou Tuipulotu 2023 5-8 Combo Guard Jam On It Grey – Athletic guard attacks on both ends, KNOCK DOWN SHOOTER, superior on and off the ball defender that defends at high level and excels in transition, high energy player. Fun to watch.

Khalilah Corley 2023 5-3 PG Jam On It Grey – Solid point guard takes care of the rock, disruptive defender, excellent court vision and passer, High IQ, attack and finishes at the rim, 3 point shooter, lead-guard flourishes in up-tempo game, creates and scores from turnovers.

Bria Neeleman NWBA Adidas Gauntlet 16U All Stars – College frame runs the floor, finishes well in the paint with either hand, and rebounds well both ends, nice face up game. Solid defender.

Eiley Tippins 2022 6-2 Post Jam On It Grey – Long athletic, good hands, rebounds well, runs floor, battles both ends, needs to continue to develop low post game, effort was there. Huge upside

Mahinetea Tavanae 2022 5-9 Guard NWBA Adidas Gauntlet 16U All Stars – athletic scrappy active guard battles at both ends, loves to jump passing lanes, nice pull up jumper, solid defender. Competes.

Rylee Kopf 2022 5-10 OK Swarm Blue Star 15U -Shawn – Good command dribble, fundamentally sound, does all the little things, blue collar player, defends well, and finishes in the paint with nice 3pt stroke. High energy

Faith Shelton 2022 6-2 Forward Stockton Mustangs Showcase – Nice frame long athletic, rebounds well, runs floor, hustles, good job finishing in the paint, nice face up game, loves to gravitate to 3 point arc where she is consistent 3pt stroke, solid defender on perimeter and in the paint, court vision and good passer. Needs to be more assertive. Showed ability to play multiple positions. Must watch. Chance to be special.

Karli Cooper 2022 5-8 Stockton Mustangs Showcase- Solid PG does a great job probing the defense and making the correct play, excellent court vision and dime dropper, Knocks down the open 3 pointer, create for herself and teammates, hardnosed scrappy, small PG needs to add strength. Fun to watch.

Ariana Webb 2022 5-8 Guard XBA – Red – Athlete, love her energy battles on every possession, sprints the floor, rebounds her position extremely well at both end, well rounded game, attacks off the bounce, mid to 3 point range. Excels in open court. In a word baller.

Nia Anderson 2023 5-7 Point Guard XBA -Red – Sweet 3pt stroke, nice pull up jumper, good command of her dribble, loves to attack off bounce, good court vision and passer, long arms helps her be a solid on ball defender as well as help side. DI prospect

Alexis Woodson 2022 5-9 XBA – Red – Solid PG, floor general creates for herself and teammates, good handles, solid frame, likes to attack and finishes with contact, solid defender.

Aniyah Story 2022 5-4 PG XBA – Red – A smooth can flat out play the point guard position, excellent command of her dribble, great court vision and passer, can fill it up beyond the arc, attacks looking to drop dimes, good on and off the ball defender. Small but mighty.

Kaiulani Tuuga 2023 5-9 PG Top Gun 15U– College body, athletic, good handles, solid defender, pushes the rock attacks off the dribble and finishes. Battles on both ends.

Arizana Peaua 2022 5-11 Forward Jam On It – Long athletic, decent handles, attacks of the bounce, rebounds well, decent stroke, works at both ends. Continue to watch.

Amber Kartchner 2021 5-9 Guard NWBA Adidas Gauntlet Platinum – Great handles pushes the ball up the court, nice 3pt shot, excellent court vision dime dropper, rebounds well, good job finishing. DI prospects. Works

Aaliyah Davis 2021 5-7 PG Team Bonafide – Quick active guard, pushes the rock at every opportunity, rebounds her position extremely well, attacks at both ends, explosive with the ball attacks the paint, nice 3 point stroke, solid defender. DI point guard.

Montaya Dew 2023 6-1 PG All Vegas Red – Long athletic, good handles, rebounds, good passer with excellent court vision, finishes in paint, good defender on and off the ball, long arms, runs floor, shot blocker, hustles. Continue to watch

Arianna Rodriguez 2022 6-2 Post Stockton Mustangs Future – Long athletic, moves extremely well, solid low post defender and rebounds well both ends. Continue to develop all around offensive skill set. Tremendous upside.

Anela Wannomae 2022 5-6 PG Stockton Mustangs Future – Good job running the show, good assist to turnover ratio, high basketball IQ, attacks the paint looking to score or drop dimes, solid defense, consistently knocks down the open 3.

Kendall Coley 2021 6-2 Guard UVA 2021 Navy Coley – Excellent court vision, attacks off the bounce and finishes well, nice 3 point stroke, rebounds well, finishes with either hand in the paint, solid defender, and best basketball ahead of her. Special

Sacia Vanderpool 2021 6-3 Forward UVA 2021 Navy Coley – Good size, runs floor, defends well, finishes in paint, decent low post game, needs to add strength, battles both ends.
