Here is our fray into international hoops. Thanks to our friend Mike Berry here is the run down on some talented players from down under mate.

AUSA Emerald Team

Kristina Moore (2018)-6’0- very strong and tough player who can play the three or four but much better at the three. Has been dominate in the super 64 and, in my opinion, one of the top 10 players in the tournament. Energy player that attacks the basket and can finish. Can defend the perimeter and shoot the 3pter. High major D1 player.

Chloe Bloom (2019)-6’3 post- strong back to the basket player. Can step out and hit the 15 footer. Needs to be better at passing out to shooters but excellent rebounder. Made the U17 Australian team. High major DI player.

Jess Sancataldo (2018)- 5’11-combo guard-big guard that can defend on the perimeter. Good 3pt shooter and can attack the basket. Hi basketball IQ. Very active on defense. Mid major D1 player.

Abbey Noblett (2018)- 5’10 combo guard- very strong and tough kid- can shoot the 3pter but loves attacking the basket. Great shooter with a good IQ. Great defender. Mid Major DI player

Nyah Morris (2018)- 5’11 combo guard. Can shoot the 3pter and has the ability to get to the basket. Good on-the-ball defender. Needs to get stronger. Low-Mid Major D1 player.

Imogene Ayliffe (2019)- 6’2 post. Has tremendous upside and very physical. Can shoot from the perimeter, can handle the ball, very agile and moves very well. Also, an excellent rebounder and can jump. She can possibly play the three. Can defend on the perimeter and post and has excellent footwork. Can also score with her back to the basket. Already getting high major looks. Mid-high major DI player.
