Team Ohio 15U: Normally, I wouldn’t write about a young prospect this early in their career but 6-2 Bexley Wallace drew my attention by playing up 2 years. Wallace banged and battled the older kids and more than held her own. I was impressed with her toughness. Wallace has a solid frame and long arms and she didn’t shy away from contact; in fact she looked for it. Wallace finished well in the paint and rebounded well. She defended quite well in the post. Also selected as repeat All-Americans were Delaware's Elena Delle Donne, Notre Dame's Skylar Diggins, Maryland's Alyssa Thomas, and Baylor's Odyssey Sims. Back 2 back 3A State Champions! I can't really start off by saying we've had an amazing season because I really wouldn't know. Having to move before my senior year began was hectic and awkward for me. But I was able to maintain; not really expecting to come back to my old school, I had to come home in December. After my mom passed, I was right back at my old stomping grounds. I really didn't want to play basketball anymore but I did it anyways because this is what I love to do; and after maybe like 3 weeks of being home, I was able to get back on the team and play.   As playoffs progressed I was able to fall back into the swing of things; actually everyone told me I was that missing piece to a well rounded team that was going take us to another championship. The first four games of playoffs were rather “easy”, such as it was last year. But once we got to the semi-finals is when the real game time came.
